Nothing Arrives in a Box
HealthGridERP is delivered over the internet, not by courier. This page covers how your workspace is switched on, how quickly it happens, and who to call if it does not.
1. What You Are Buying
HealthGridERP lives entirely on our cloud infrastructure and reaches you through a browser. There is no box, no installation disc, no server to rack in your basement and no hardware to maintain. Everything you pay for is handed over electronically, which is why the usual talk of couriers and tracking numbers does not apply here.
2. Setting Up Your Workspace
- The moment your signup or subscription clears, we carve out an isolated workspace for your hospital alone.
- An activation link and the first admin credentials go to the email address you registered with.
- Starting a 14-day trial switches the workspace on straight away — no sales call in between.
- That first admin can then invite doctors, staff and department heads at their own pace.
3. How Soon You Are Live
- Trial and standard plans: minutes. Register, open the email, start working.
- Enterprise plans: 3 to 10 working days, because custom configuration, migrating your existing records and wiring up integrations take real effort. We agree a date with you before starting.
- If the activation email has not shown up, check the spam folder first — it is the usual culprit — then write to us and we will resend it.
4. Getting In
Open your hospital's URL in any current browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari — on a desktop, laptop or tablet. Nothing to install, nothing to update. A steady internet connection is the only real requirement; the interface is built to stay usable on modest clinic broadband.
5. Help Settling In
- A guided setup and full documentation sit inside the dashboard from day one.
- Our team will help you lay out departments, roles, schedules and billing rules so you are not guessing.
- Enterprise customers get a named contact for onboarding plus live training for their staff.
- Moving from another system? Talk to us about migration before you start entering anything by hand.
6. No Courier, No Charges
Because the product is purely digital, nothing is ever dispatched and no shipping, handling or delivery fee is charged — on any plan, anywhere. Whatever your invoice totals is what leaves your account.
